This year, we’re so excited to be proudly celebrating 20 years of Daisy Day Nursery. Since establishing the first Daisy Day Nursery setting to provide childcare in Llanishen, we’ve spent 2 decades helping children grow and learn, and supporting families.

We have been taking the opportunity of this brilliant milestone to reflect on just how incredibly rewarding it has been to be a part of the lives of 100s of children and their families. We’re so grateful to the families who trust us with their children’s care and development.

Along with our team of wonderful nursery nurses, we’re still as dedicated to providing a homely, nurturing environment where each child can thrive as we were when we welcomed the first children into Daisy Day Nursery in 2004.

The last 20 years has brought with it lots of exciting opportunities, along with plenty of challenges – most notably recently, the Covid pandemic that saw us keeping our doors open to the children of key workers.

Of course, marking this occasion wouldn’t be complete without taking a moment to congratulate nursery owner Abeer Bafaqih, whose dedication, support, and commitment to excellent child and parent care has remained unwavering since embarking on this venture.

To commemorate this milestone, we invited our families to celebrate with us at our Birthday party in our Llanishen nursery in August! The morning brought lots of fun games and activities, balloon modelling, curious animals to meet, and cake!

We’ll be continuing the festivities through November with some special activities and opportunities for our children to be part of creating a lasting reminder of this time. See more about our celebrations on our social media.
