We’ve had a truly wonderful time at Daisy Day Nursery celebrating in the lead up to Christmas. The last few weeks have been filled with festive cheer, fun, and lots of special moments.

Our annual Christmas party saw our children and their families coming together to celebrate. With music, party food, activities, and a chance to play in the soft play frame with their friends, the children (and all of us) had the best time!

Throughout the season, we’ve focused on child-led festive activities that allowed the children to explore and play in ways that excited them most. Festive playdough, Christmas-themed water play, and a variety of creative art opportunities have encouraged curiosity, imagination, and sensory exploration, all while embracing the magic of the season.

Alongside this, the children have been invited to take part in crafting activities to make keepsakes to take home. These special creations give our families something to treasure and look back on (can you believe how small their hands were!?).

It’s been a joyful, cosy end to the year and we’d like to thank all our families for sharing it with us. We look forward to a brilliant 2026! 🎄
